Heb. 12:14,15

Bitterness impacts more than you an the person involved but it affects others around
You cant contain bitterness it is infectious.
Ita not worth holding on to.
We’ve been hurt and we’ve also hurt people. But we focus on our hurts and justify our own wrong.
Bitterness reproduces itself in causing pain. And we become what we hate.
Acts 8:9-24
When bitterness is there iniquity in the mix.

Iniquity - bent in a particular direction according to satan, tendency to do wrong, leaning towards a negative nature. Living a child of satan. Being As if one were never been born again.

Ephesians 2:1-5

Giving into bitterness is giving into the influence of satan.
People in bitterness operate in unbelief. Meaning that You dont believe that God vindicate you.

Bitterness means to not operate in common sense. Because it makes sense to not do things that have hurt you. Yet, people do it. People hurt people out of bitterness. Most of the hurt we receive occurred when we were young.

Isaiah 61:3

We need the aid of God to overcome bitterness. God desires to give beauty for our ashes. Yet most would rather keep our ashes. God wants to help us if we let him. But most of us want to remain a victim and constantly live up our pain to excuse bitterness. Its a sad place to be if you think that nothing can be made right out of the sitaution you were in. Even if the person died you still wouldnt be satisfied.

The next thing we need to overcome bitterness is communication.

The you that you currently are has to die unless you wanna walk around being a zombie be my guest just dont do it at the expense of others. Hurt people hurt people

Bitterness Part 3

People look for love in the wrong places because they were never shown love ot a biblical love
Which cause ppl to think what is wrong with me why cant i have love or be loved. This turns into anger and bitterness. Hurt ppl hurt ppl.
You cant live a joyful life you cant fulfill everything God desires for us if we remain in bitterness.
Bitterness hinders the greatness of God upon our lives. You cant control what ppl have done but you can choose to not be bitter.
When in you internalize things if your upset at God you emotionally implode because they dont feel free enough to actually cry out to him.
If you want to overcome bitterness you have acknowledge it.
Find something that will keep it real with you thats willing to aid you in your overcoming bitterness. Bitterness is a sin because it coincides with unforgiveness.
Understand that things that happened to you, you didnt deserve it.
But bitterness has nothing to do with them but about you! Bitterness doesnt want you to be free to be a victor!

Realize how self destructive bitterness is. You can make someone pay but youre gonna pay the most. Get rid of bitterness before bitterness gets rid of you. Bitterness is like a cancer. Its gonna rat you alive.

Pro. Y 17:22

Negative emotions effect you physically. Cancer can be connected to negative emotions.

When youre bitter against someone you dont consider again thing good about that person.

If you dont forgive you wont be forgiven. Two wrongs dont make a right!

1 pet. 5:6

If you wanna get over bitterness set aside your pride. Even apologize for how you reacted when that person hurt you. Give them what they didnt give you. You arent justified in being disrespectful against one who has disrespected you.
You arent letting them off the hook.
But you cant stay in bitterness and be the best you can be.

I wrote this song because I was going through a very life chaging event within my previous marriage. I hope this helps someone.

Perhaps you’re the person that needs to listen to this song.

Maybe you can’t convey the words like you feel within your heart and you want your wife your husband your boyfriend your girlfriend to really understand.

okay im looking at things in a whole different perspective. some

people may not agree with me.

Think about this satan or luficer  made music initially to worship the  All Mighty God Jehovah right? okay God created lucifer right?

okay soooooooooooooooo regardless of the origins of a particular music God created music in general but it depends on the usage and the heart of the person doing the music right?

So let’s look at hip hop or rock and roll for a second.

We’ve seen the usage and the hearts of people that initially used it right? But when Christians use these genres all of a sudden we’re mixing darkness with light. You know I had a conversation with my puerto rican brother last week. He asked me Jarard how do you feel about using plena and bomba in church as praise and worship music? I told him it didnt matter besides i rededicated my life back to Christ at a bilingual church for about 2 years straights I grew up (spiritually and mentally) on Latin sounds. SOOOOOOOOO WAIT WAIT WAIT! Music is Music period and God created the concept the idea of music to be pleasing to him it is us that try to differentiate the music as for what’s good and what’s bad. Gospel and secular blah blah… but I’m sure youve heard of some “christians” in sin right now under the influence of satan  living their lives in open in sin or behind closed doors making Gospel music. is that not mixing darkness with light? think about it for a minute. should we bother listening to them? I mean theyre in sin as much as a secular artist that glorify different acts of sin in their music. Don’t get me wrong not all secular artist do this and not all Christians who are artists are in sin secretly or openly. What I’m getting at this:

Christians rap Christians sing r&b (i’ll stick with those two genres)

when is this not of God or not pleasing to him all of a sudden?

it’s music at the end of the day. the world does music too. so maybe we shouldn’t do music at all period. if you think about it.

because we arent of this world right? BUT since God created music and since He himself isn’t of this world it shouldn’t matter the genre that we associate the music with.

what matters most is the topic, our motive, and our heart. Will it be pleasing to God or not at the end of the day.
